Full-Day Itinerary
Morning
9:00 AM
E-Bike Rental & Harbor View Trail
415 Ohio
Start your day by renting an e-bike at Helena Adventure Company and embarking on a pedal-assisted journey through the Delta. From the rental office, you’ll go East to the Harbor View Trail, a one-mile loop through tree-shaded woods that also offers views of the mighty Mississippi. Look for artwork of local (and imagined) wildlife along the trail! Keep riding East and explore the incredible views along the shore of the river on 2 wheels. You can also hop off and dip your toes in the water at Buck Island Beach, or try to spot migratory birds in Helena River Park.
10:30 AM
Take the Low Road
Cunningham Rd & Sterling Rd
Once you’ve got the hang of your e-bike, take a longer ride on the “low road” North of Helena. You’ll see lakes, trees, and fields on this out-and-back 16 mile ride, including Storm Creek Lake, where if you’ve got the time and energy, you can stop off and go for a swim! This ride ends at an amazing view point of the confluence of the St. Francis and Mississippi Rivers. Head back toward Helena for lunch.
