Designed by Little Rock architect Charles L. Thompson, this home is unusual in that it has a stone facade, the stones being shipped from Alabama. The home was built for the Tanner family at a cost of $65,000. The hammered brass light fixtures were a special order from St. Louis. The current owner, Mr. Chris Richey, is a member of the Arkansas State House of Representatives. Listed on the National Register.
